A new way of working, producing and living
What is GIA?
The Anatolian International Private Industrial Zone, located in the Ulukışla District of Niğde Province, was officially declared by a presidential decree on May 17, 2023, in accordance with Article 4/C of Law No. 4737 on Industrial Zones. Going beyond being just an ordinary industrial zone, this zone operates under the GIA umbrella identity and is equipped with modern facilities such as employee housing, Central Management Area, R&D Center, Truck Parking and Accommodation Center, and Exhibition Area. These facilities aim not only to facilitate industrial activities but also to offer a new lifestyle centered around work, production, and living.

When completed, GIA, which will be Turkey's largest mixed-use private industrial city, aims to support economic growth while promoting an inclusive and sustainable industrial model. The establishment purpose of the zone is to contribute to Turkey's sustainable economic development within the scope of green industry transformation policies, considering environmental and social impacts, by supporting investments in areas such as adoption of green technologies, increasing energy efficiency, and waste management to reduce environmental impacts and increase societal welfare.
The GIA project is poised to play a leading role in Turkey's future industrial and development strategies. It aims not only to be a pioneer in future industrial zones but also to serve as an example of contemporary lifestyle and environmental consciousness, aspiring to become a recognized and emulated new industrial city of the 21st century at the national and international levels.

This project came into effect with the proposal of our Ministry of Industry and Technology and the approval of our President on May 18, 2023, through the official gazette decision numbered 32194.
